Another tool from me. Cleaned this one up a bit and is ready for use. It is the first iteration so there may be bugs. Ideas and suggestions are welcome.

[Description]
This is a small program that will enable you to paint over your screen with ease.
No need to printscreen -> open image editor -> paste -> edit. You can simply press CTRL + F10
to start painting, close it down, rotate your model, CTRL+F10 and start painting again.
Suggestions and ideas are welcome and can be mailed to: osmant@live.l
[Usage]
When you start it up, it will show a splashscreen to let you know it has started. And it will add an
icon to your taskbar.
Right click on it to:
-Change Settings
-See ABOUT information
-Close it
The shortcuts are:
-CTRL+F10 Bring up the canvas(It will draw a blue rectangle on your screen so that you know you are in painting mode.
-ESCAPE Will close the painting canvas.
-ENTER Save the image.
In the settings screen you can select a new destination for your images to be saved. And you can set it to
not prompt location every time you save an image.
